CANCELLATION POLICY
I value your time and mine, and want to make sure every client gets the best experience possible. If you can't make it, please let me know as soon as you can. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee. If you’re over 15 mins late, we might have to reschedule—just wanna make sure I stay on track. I appreciate you! No-shows or no-call appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee. Thanks so much for understanding!
